MMA CONDITIONING™
Contact level: MEDIUM Age: 18 years and older Prequisites: None. Required Wear: Clean T-shirt, clean shorts or sweat pants Required Gear: Boxing gloves or MMA gloves, towel. Description: The MMA conditioning is an example of what martial arts fitness is evolving into. This class gives you an intense cardio workout. Consist of plymetrics drills, bag drills such as ground and pound, positioning, and escapes. Join the revolution in condition like an MMA fighter.
CARDIO ZONE™ KICKBOXING
Contact level: LOW Age: 18 years and older. Prequisites: None. Required Wear: Clean T-shirt, clean shorts or sweat pants Required Gear: Boxing gloves, towel An intense session of high energy, high impact, and total body conditioning. Description: This class includes the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing drills, heavy bag training, floor conditioning, and partner drills. CardioZone Kickboxing is the most popular fitness program in the nation for a reason. This session burns calories, is excellent for strength conditioning, builds lean muscle, tones and conditions your body from head to toe, and increases flexibility! BOXING FUNDAMENTALS FOCUS MITS
Contact level: MEDIUM. Age: 18 years and older. Prequisites: None. Required Wear: Clean T-shirt, clean shorts or sweat pants. Required Gear: Boxing gloves, towel Students get a good work out while drilling basic boxing techniques and combinations. Description: After warm up exercises, students work in pairs with focus mitts to throw jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts. They also learn the foot movement for proper execution of punches. You wil learn your Fundamentsls of boxing.
THAI PADS / MUAY THAI KICKBOXING
Contact level: MEDIUM. Age: 18 years and older. Prequisites: None. Required Wear: Clean T-shirt, clean shorts or sweat pants. Required Gear: Boxing gloves, towel. Description: Students get a good work out while drilling basic kickboxing techniques and combinations. After warm up exercises, students work in pairs with thai pads to throw punches and kicks. They drill fundamentals of muay thai kickboxing, roundhouse kicks, side kicks, front kicks, spinning back kicks, knees, and elbows.
AMATUER BOXING
Contact level: High Prequisites: None. Required Wear: Clean T-shirt, clean shorts or sweat pants Required Gear: Boxing gloves Towel Description: Amatuer boxing is gera toward learning boxing fundamentals as well as getting prepared for boxing competition!
JIU-JITSU / WRESTLING
Contact level: HIGH Age: 16 years and older. Prequisites: None. Required Wear: Clean T-shirt, clean shorts. Required Gear: Towel Description: This class is for all levels from novice to advanced. Students learn step-by-step positioning, takedowns, and submissions. GI is required for Jiu-Jitsu class. Student will begin at white and have oppertunity to earn your ranks.
SAN SHOU / MMA TECHNIQUE LIGHT SPARRING
Contact level: HIGH Age: 18 years and older. Prequisites: None. Required Wear: Clean T-shirt, clean shorts or sweat pants Required Gear: 16 oz boxing gloves, headgear, shinguards, mouthpiece, men's protective cup, knee pads, towel. Description: Designed for men and women to learn the basic fighting techniques under safe and controlled conditions. This is a great class for those interested in moving to the next level. Put your technique to the test!
LEVEL 2 MMA FIGHT TRAINING
Contact level: HIGH, HEADSHOTS. Age: 18 years and older. Prequisites: None. Required Wear: Clean Antdawg or USH T-shirt, USH shorts (Uniform). Required Gear: Towel, 16 oz boxing gloves, headgear, knee pads, shinguards, mouthpiece, men's protective cup. Description: Training is geared towards knowledge, technique, and defensive skills. Students prepare for fighting in competition and develop confidence and self-defense abilities. Instruction focuses on thai pad training, parrying drills, boxing, takedown drills, wrestling, Muay Thai, MMA (mixed martial arts), ground and pound, positioning, escapes, submision grappling and sparring.
STRENGTH CONDITIONING TRAINING
Contact level: LOW Age: 18 years and older. Prequisites: None. Required Wear: Clean T-shirt, clean shorts. Required Gear: Towel Description: Class is focus on building lean muscles, muscle stamina, builds cardio, strength and endurance. Consist of circuit trainning, light to medium weights, resistant bands, medicine ball drills and floor drills, Be ready for a full body work out like no other!
OPEN GYM / OPEN MAT
Age: 14 years and older Description: mats is open for members to train on their own or with other members.
FRIDAY NIGHT FIGHTS!
Contact level: HIGH Required Wear: Clean Antdawg or USH T-shirt, USH shorts (Uniform). Required Gear: Towel, 16 oz boxing gloves, headgear, knee pads, shinguards, mouthpiece, men's protective cup. Description: All members who desire participate in boxing / kickboxing / wrestling / grappling / MMA sparing match!
JUNIORS / PEE WEE SAN SHOU KICKBOXING / MMA
Contact level: HIGH Age: 6 to 17 years old Prequisites: None Required Wear: Clean ANTDAWG or USH T-shirt uniform, USH shorts Required Gear: Towel, boxing gloves, headgear, knee pads, shinguards, mouthpiece, boy's protective cup. Description: This class prepares young people for fight competition. Training is geared towards knowledge, technique, and defensive skills. Students develop confidence and self-defense abilities. Instruction focuses on learning proper punching, kicking, and takedown techniques. After warm up and drills, students spar with each other. There is no head contact during sparring. Students tested for belts as they progress in training. Belt rankings are yellow, green, blue, brown, and black.
