Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Body Art combines elements of Yoga, physical therapy, Pilates, Japanese DO IN, self created positions and classical breathing techniques. Benefits: Refreshes mind and Body. Builds strength, long and lean muscles and adds flexibility. Develops a strong core and flat abs.

Body Balance Strength, Flexibility and Endurance. Combines functional body weight training, Pilates, yoga positions and cardio as well. Improve joint flexibility and range of movements. Build core strength, improve cardiovascular function, burn calories. Reduce stress, improve focus and raise your level of consciousness.

Body Blast Combination of cardio endurance, along with muscle and core strengthening while enchancing your flexibility and balance.

Body Pump This pre-choreographed muscle endurance/weight class is done to fun, high-energy music. Because variable weights are used, all levels are welcome.

Boot Camp 2, 3, 4 Sports specific drills and interval training are key components with anaerobic segments including jump rope, sprints nd other drills.

Booty Camp is a full body workout including endurance and cardio exercise. It focuses on all major muscle groups including back, biceps, triceps, chest, legs and abs. Modifications available for anyone who has back or knee injuries.

B.S.T. BootCamp High Intensity military style of Boot Camp with lasting results. This workout is comprised of military style drills with athletic endurance training. This program is designed to burn fat, tone muscle and combat body fatigue. Variety is the name of the game, as no two workouts will be the same from week to week.

Cardio Sculpt class for all levels. Moderate choreography and patterns with sculpting/toning exercises utilizing weights and bands at the end of class.

Chisel Whether you're a beginner or advanced in fitness, this low impact total body conditioning uses your choice of weights and an array of resistance equipment. When adding Chisel to your regular routine twice a week, you will sculpt and add definition to your physique.

Circuit Training ClassCircuit Training Specialized cardio circuit for small groups. Classes will vary each week with different exercises, partner work and team drills.

Dance Fusion You'll learn the ins and outs of different genres of dance so you can find your groove anywhere you go.

Endurance Training This class is aimed at improving aerobic endurance, speed, muscle conditioning core stability and balance.

Multi Fit This class pulls out all the stops from dancing to step workout to floor aerobics, muscle toning and core work while using equipment.

Muscle Pump This format is a combination of muscle strengthening and cardio building with polymeric and isometrics exercise.

Pace Conditioning 1 & 2 Pace (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) is a specifically designed class that includes cardiovascular conditioning, weight training and stretching.

Power Pilates has taken the fitness industry to a whole new level of strength training called core strength training. This is the form of exercise that gives dancers the power, grace and beauty. Think you have to exercise to exhaustion to have an awesome body? Think again!

Spinning is an excellent fat burning/cardiovascular conditioning workout using indoor bikes.

Shape Up 'N Spin During this 60 minute session you will build endurance, burn fat, shape your body and increase core strength. Combines 30 minutes cardio training and 30 minutes functional body weight training.

StaBALLize Develop greater stability and balance when using the ball and other resistance equipment. Strengthen, firm and flatten.

Step Interval (levels 3 & 4) Alternation energetic aerobic step segments with anaerobic bouts of conditioning, using weights and tubing for resistance.

Stepping Up 2 & 3 Moderate choreography and patterns. 60 minute class includes an abdominal segment.

Stretch & Flexibility A stretching class to improve flexibility, balance, range of motion and mind/body control.

Tight & Tone This advanced athletic workout burns fat, tones, strengthens and builds muscular endurance.This class uses hand weights, Spri tubing, bands, step platforms and risers. Focuses on those trouble spots of the lower body.

Tip 2 Toe Cardio This class combines cardio dancing with core training using hand weights.

Yoga This ancient form of exercise uses easy to follow breathing, stretching and muscle work to bring a calming experience. All levels welcome.

Yolates A combination of yoga and pilates. You get a very energetic workout with the properties of both yoga and piltaes. You receive the muscle strength of pilates and the flexibility of yoga. Try it today.

Zumba This class is a combination of Latin and Afro/American dance and rhythm so come and move your wild side.

Kids' Rec Kid's Rec for ages 13 and under. A parent must be poolside.

Lap Swim Lane swim only for ages 14 and older.
