ANTDAWG'S USH! MMA Training Center is Proud to be the first Mixed Martial Arts Training Center in Gilroy, Ca. We are also honored to be the first satellite gym of ISKA Kickboxing and STRIKEFORCE MMA World Champion Cung Le! Head Coach and professional MMA fighter Anthony "ANTDAWG" Figueroa holds a professional MMA Title, 2006 Golden Gloves champion, Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, also competing in several Muay Thai and San Shou fight with over 10 years and going of training in martial arts of boxing, wrestling, kickboxing, and submission grappling. Coach Anthony is still actively competing in professional MMA. Coach Anthony also has over 8 yrs of coaching and teaching martial arts!
ANTDAWG'S USH! MMA Training Center offers classes for men, women, and children of all ages and levels from beginner to advance. If you looking to get into shape, loose weight, stay fit, self-defense, feel great or you like to take it to the next level and train for competition!
Programs
Pee wee (ages 5-8), juniors (9-13), teens (14-17) mma program Students develop confidence and self-defense abilities. Instruction focuses on learning proper punching, kicking, takedown and grappling techniques. Teach / drill techniques and fundamentals of muay Thai kickboxing, san shou, boxing, wrestling, jiu-jitsu. This is a mixed Martial Arts program. We build motor skills, athleticism, discipline, honor, strength, and self-respect. We mold a team environment and uniform is required!
Cardio kickboxing programs 18-up Classes include the fundamentals of boxing drills, kickboxing drills, heavy bag training, intense paddle training focus on speed, accuracy agility, timing, floor conditioning, and partner drills. Classes are made to burn calories, lose weight, excellent for strength conditioning, build lean muscles, tones and conditions your body from head to toe and increases flexibility. Experience what the hype is all about!
Strength Training / MMA Conditioning Class is focus on building lean muscles, muscle stamina, builds cardio, strength and endurance. Consist of circuit training, light to medium weights, resistant bands, medicine ball drills and floor drills, The MMA conditioning is an example of what martial arts fitness is evolving into. This class gives you an intense cardio workout. Consist of ply-metrics drills, bag drills such as ground and pound, positioning, and escapes. Join the revolution in condition like an MMA fighter. Be ready for a full body work out like no other!
Jiu-Jitsu GI and No GI 16 older This class is for all levels from beginner to advance. Learn step by step positioning, takedowns, defense, and submissions. Gi is required for gi classes. Opportunity to earn belts / ranking!
Level 2 MMA Fight training – For competition, self defense or for a recreational sport, you will increase your technique; strengthen your mind, body, and soul. Learn how to apply the fundamentals of Muay Thai, San Shou, Wrestling, Submission grappling, Jiu-Jitsu and learning to transition between each style (MMA). Level 2 test is required! Sparing Gear is required for class.
